If you have answered yes to any of these questions, this is your opportunity to try a tool that can lead to making healthy changes in your life. Holly offers several workshops using the Labyrinth as a Health & Wellness tool for clients of all ages.
Some reflect on meaning and purpose, problem solve, make decisions, set goals, grieve, pray, feel feelings and identify needs, find their creative heart, dance or celebrate!

A mindfulness journey in a landscape that nurtures the soul....

Welcome to the magic of Vancouver Island! Be prepared for a transformational travelling Labyrinth retreat.  This retreat will support mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health & well-being with Holly and friends in cooperation with Bethlehem Centre in Nanaimo. Vancouver Island features more than 60 labyrinths! Together we will be walking many of these winding circular peaceful pathways.

Self-Care Workshop: Pain Relief, Stress Relief, Mindfulness and Fun!

Do you live with chronic pain &/or anxiety? Would you like to learn to rewire your mind/body connections to support your “relaxation response” for rest, digest, peace of mind, ease and relief?

Let’s support our bodies, minds and hearts!

Tools and experiences to add to your health and wellness self-care toolbox  may  include: labyrinth walking meditation, finger labyrinths, goal setting, (Emotional Freedom Technique ©), Progressive Muscle Relaxation, visual imagery, breath work, acupressure, therapeutic sound (with tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes etc,)  laughter yoga, energy medicine modalities, Reiki, gentle physical exercise, conscious transformational intent exercises, affirmations, goal- setting, compassion and connection.      

Please bring yoga mat, pillows etc, if needed for comfort. Chair and floor options available.  Bring a water bottle for good hydration
